👉 The purpose of this article is to explain how you can quickly create your landing page and integrate your ambassador recruitment form. You may already have an existing community of loyal customers, micro and nano influencers. With Wiink you will be able to manage it from one place (and avoid using excel as much as possible, I promise!)
Putting all your community on Wiink will allow you to manage it more easily, but also to segment it in order to lead more targeted actions. Creating a landing page will allow you to have a support to explain the stakes and the advantages of your ambassador program, to explain clearly and simply to your community what they gain, how to join and what the goal is. The goal is to make this landing page accessible from your website, and to include the registration form at the end of the page.
Then you can easily relay it on different social networks, in your newsletter or your future email campaigns!
Our client Nubiance created its own landing page to explain the ambassador program they wanted to set up and also to transmit the registration form.
Result: 68 missions realized from the first programs!
If you want to go and have a look? it's here
Well, it's not rocket science, but there are a few things you need to do to get good results. First, you have to think about thegoals of the program and the target. Then create your recruitment form on Wiink, create your landing page, then integrate the form with a simple copy pasting. Let's get started!
Thinking through your campaign is essential to defining the order of tasks, the objectives, the target, the expected results and coordinating your actions.
First of all, you need to think about the target audience for your ambassador community. Nano influencers? New customers? Your most loyal customers?
Then you can start a communication plan. How will you make your future ambassadors want to join your community? an email campaign, a message on social networks, a newsletter, a notification, by sms?For the distribution and recruitment part, Wiink has a feature to create a custom recruitment form.
Once this is established, you need to think about the structure of your landing page. Here you can let your creativity run wild, as long as you keep these tips in mind:
Readability & clarity are key. In theory, the people who want to join your ambassador program already know your brand. They know who you are and what you do. So here it's not so much the brand that you promote but the program itself. To not lose your reader while giving them all the necessary information you can follow the following content structure:
👉 Attract interest - Demonstrate the benefits - Explain the why , then the how - CTA
So certainly, it is not exactly a sales page, but the principle remains the same it must give interest! So it's the same old story: take care of your photos or visuals, highlight the essential points, choose your wording carefully 🙂
Yes, nothing is more important here because, let's remember, we are trying to build a community around the brand! Colors, design, fonts, wording and vocabulary that mark your brand identity are a must. So, at the risk of repeating ourselves: this is where your future ambassadors must immerse themselves in the universe of your brand, recognize it and embrace it in order to be able to talk about it on their own!
A reassurance element that works well is to explain the process in 3 steps. The process is simple and non-time consuming for the ambassador, so you have to make it clear to reassure them. Moreover, it is also a matter of efficiency, it avoids incomplete or abandoned applications. Finally, it helps the future ambassador to project himself on the long term in his relationship with the brand.
Besides the fact that it will help you build your page, keeping your target in mind is also important to build your community. Have you thought about who among your customers would want to join the program? Is it intended for all your customers? your most loyal customers? influencers? The real differentiation to make is between your clients and your influencers. Because this can change the type of mission, the enrollment procedures and even the final benefit for the ambassador.
Go to your Wiink space. Then, on Ambassadors > Recruitment.
This is where you could create your form in the Settings tab. This time you have to go to the Diffusion tab
Here, you can have a preview of the form. But also and especially the iframe to copy and paste to integrate the form on the landing page.
From there you only have to relay it. You can share it in an email campaign, a newsletter, in an Instagram story, etc. With a communication plan it's better of course!
